Approaching Law

Approaching Law is an online resource project, dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of legal concepts and enriching legal education.

The goal is to create a navigable and stable digital repository of short (3,000 to 5,000 word), accessibly written, peer-reviewed papers that introduce readers to core and advanced ideas in legal study. Given the expansive nature of legal thinking, the project adopts a model of communal production by scholars and experts across the discipline and beyond.​
